What variety is to life..

The spice souk, selling frankincense, saffron, nutmeg and other condiments, along with kitchy memorabilia, sheesha water pipes, area rugs and lamps, sits on one side of the gold souk (the other side is a vegetable and fish market). Of modest size spanning a block, the spice souk is still perhaps second to the one in Istanbul.
