Install Instructions for Windows 7 SP1/8.1/10
*************************************************************************** 

Following is a brief outline of how to download and install 
Precision Synthesis.  More detailed instructions and environment 
settings are available in the file "precisionsyn_install.pdf" that 
should be available for download along with the installers. 

1. Download the installer file for your platform:
     Precision-win64-2019.2.exe

2. Install the software:
     Double click on the downloaded installer file and follow the 
     instructions as they appear.

3. Install license drivers:
     If using the new GLOBEtrotter dongle, then install dallas
     driver.
     
4. To request an evaluation license, visit our web site.

5. If you have problems using the installer file, try downloading it 
   again and rerunning the above steps.

Install Instructions for Linux
*************************************************************************** 
Following is a brief outline of how to download and install 
Precision Synthesis.  More detailed instructions are available 
in the file "precisionsyn_install.pdf" that should be available 
for download along with the installers. 

1. Download the following installer file:
    Precision-linux64-2019.2.bin
   
2. Make sure that the DISPLAY environment variable is set to a valid 
   display monitor:
     % setenv DISPLAY `hostname`:0.0

3. Execute the downloaded installer file from a command line:
     % ./Precision-linux64-2019.2.bin

4. Follow the directions as they appear.
